MyJuno Pro End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

This End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and CEH TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (“we”, “us” or “our”) regarding your use of the MyJuno Pro application (the “App”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, including our policies on user-generated content. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.

1. Acceptable Use and No Tolerance for Objectionable Content

MyJuno Pro allows users to create and share messages and translated content. We maintain a strict zero tolerance policy for any content or behaviour that is illegal, abusive, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. By using the App, you agree that you will not:

  • Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent or threatening;

  • Engage in bullying, impersonation, or harassment of other users;

  • Use the App for any fraudulent or harmful purpose;

  • Share spam, malware, or promotional content.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

2. Content Filtering and Moderation

We use a combination of automated tools and manual review to filter objectionable content. All messages and interactions are subject to monitoring and may be flagged or reviewed if inappropriate use is detected.

3. User Flagging and Reporting Mechanism

The App includes a simple mechanism to report objectionable content or abusive users. To report:

  • Tap and hold on the user’s message or profile

  • Select the “Report” option

  • Provide a reason or select from common concerns (e.g. Abuse, Harassment, Inappropriate Content)

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and appropriate action will be taken.

4. User Blocking via Contact Removal

MyJuno Pro enables users to manage their own safety and communication experience by removing or unfriending contacts. Removing a contact effectively blocks all future messages and interactions from that user. This serves as the app’s blocking mechanism.

5. Enforcement and Removal Policy

We are committed to a safe user experience. Upon receiving a valid report:

  • We will review within 24 hours

  • Offending content may be removed

  • Users may be warned, suspended, or permanently banned

  • Serious violations may be escalated to law enforcement

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement or engage in objectionable conduct.

7. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Continued use of the App means you accept any revised terms.
